The plaque stays with the property. A replacement uses the same serial and QR link. A change of owner uses a reviewed ownership handover. Scanning the QR does not transfer account access or private files.
Your home’s records are stored securely on our servers, separately from the plaque. Contact us to arrange a replacement connected to the same home record, serial number and QR link. Replacing the plaque doesn’t erase your saved history.
No. Only records marked for publication are intended for the public home record. Personal information and sensitive documents should remain private. The public sample contains fictional demonstration information.
