No. Commercial is a separate $400 initial purchase plus $15/month membership. Membership begins with your purchase; there is no included first year. The home plaque preorder and its included year apply only to Residential. Contact our team to confirm Commercial setup, storage and access.
Can tenants see all our documents?
Access is assigned to selected properties and roles. Commercial records remain private. Confirm who should have access as part of your setup.
Can this certify our sign allowance or life safety compliance?
No. The sample illustrates how supporting information could be organized. Official approvals, sign calculations and life safety compliance must be confirmed by the relevant authority and qualified professionals.
