Dwellprint gives those details a place to stay with your home. You can start with a new home or one you’ve lived in for years.
We set up your home’s record using its address—or its parcel information for new construction—and connect it to a unique serial number and QR code. If the location needs clarification, our team helps work through it.
We prepare the engraving for your property. Before the finished plaque ships, we scan its QR code, confirm the serial and destination, and check the lettering and finish.
Your owner dashboard gives you a place for plans, warranties, receipts and equipment details. You choose what stays private and which records can be shared with someone working on the property.
Start with the documents you have. Add repairs and service updates as they happen. When the home changes hands, a reviewed handover lets its shared history continue with the next owner while your personal files stay private.

After address checks or team approval, review your order and pay securely through Stripe. Add your shipping details at checkout.
Add the records you have and keep building the story. Your plaque will connect the physical home to its digital record.
New or unlisted street addresses may continue after duplicate checks. Existing-home and parcel-only requests, or addresses needing clarification, go to our team for review. We’ll email your next step.

Talk with our teamProduction begins no earlier than December 1, 2026. The current estimate is about two weeks, confirmed with your approved order. Shipping is estimated at 2–3 business days after dispatch.
The pre-order price ends December 1 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern. Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.
Membership coverage begins December 1 or payment, whichever is later. Dashboard access before launch is included. After the included year, choose $10 per month or $100 per year paid upfront.
Yes. Additional years begin after your included first year. Each package is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Add any prepaid package and your plaque ships free, saving $13.95.
Choose your coverage during the address-review request. Your complete total is shown before payment.
Your home's records are stored securely on our servers, separately from the plaque. Contact us to arrange a replacement connected to the same home record, serial number and QR link. Replacing the plaque doesn’t erase your saved history.
