Dwellprint / Your information

Privacy policy.

Dwellprint is a product of Gold Standard Builder Services LLC. This policy explains how we use information for account access, property records and our related services.

Last updated October 25, 2026

You choose what to publish.Private uploads require authorized access. Records and attachments you publish can be viewed through their public link or QR code.

Information we handle

Depending on the features you use, we handle:

We use this information to provide account access, organize and display records, manage requests and orders, send service messages, respond to support inquiries, and investigate errors or misuse.

Private files and public records

Home vault uploads start private. You can choose to publish supported records and their attachments. Public records can be opened by anyone with the public link or QR code, so review documents for personal information before publishing them.

Private records use account and property access controls. Commercial and business workspaces also use assigned permissions. Changing a record to private removes it from the current public view; it cannot recall copies someone already downloaded or shared.

When you sign in with Google

Choosing “Continue with Google” requests the openid and email permissions. Google provides your verified email address and a Google account identifier. We use and store these to link your Google identity to Dwellprint sign-in and protect account access.

This sign-in connection does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendar. Google sign-in information is used for account access and security, not to read or organize documents from your Google account.

You can manage the connection in your Google Account settings. Removing that connection does not itself delete your Dwellprint account or property records. Contact us if you also want us to review information held by Dwellprint.

Optional AI document organization

When AI reading is available and you choose to use it, the selected document or a readable copy, its filename, and relevant property context are sent to the AI provider identified in the upload flow. That context can include the property address and authorized location labels.

The provider returns suggested filing details, such as a title, document type, date and search terms. Those details may be saved with your document for organization and search. You can review and change them, or save and organize documents without AI. AI reading does not make a private file public.

Service providers

We use providers to operate hosting, databases and file storage, deliver email and optional text messages, process optional AI requests, and handle payments when available. These include Netlify and Supabase for hosting and data services, Brevo for email, Twilio for phone verification and text delivery when connected, OpenAI for the currently configured AI reading, and Stripe for payment services.

Information is shared with a provider as needed for the feature it supports. A document selected for AI reading, for example, is processed by the configured AI provider; signing in with Google alone does not send your vault documents to Google. Provider processing and storage may take place outside your state or country.

Optional text alerts

If you choose texts, we use your mobile number to verify access to that number and deliver the service alerts you select. We record verification status, alert choices, the consent version and time, opt-out requests, and delivery results to operate the service and honor your choices.

The text provider and mobile carriers process the number, message, delivery information and relevant replies such as STOP, START or HELP. Texts contain brief service notices and a sign-in link. Do not reply with passwords, documents or sensitive property information.

We do not sell mobile numbers or share text-message opt-in information with third parties for their marketing. We share the information needed with providers that operate verification, delivery and related support for Dwellprint.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or pause your texts in the signed-in dashboard. We retain an opt-out record to honor that request. Email settings remain separate. See the text message terms for frequency, rates and help.

Cookies and browser storage

Dwellprint uses session cookies to keep you signed in and temporary cookies to complete Google sign-in. Browser storage can remember navigation choices, such as which workspace you were opening. Blocking these functions can prevent sign-in or interrupt the return to your account.

Records, retention and requests

We retain information to operate accounts and property records, maintain service and security history, and address applicable business or legal obligations. Archiving a record removes it from active views; it is not the same as permanently deleting its stored history or file. Backup and audit copies may remain after changes to the active record.

For a copy, correction, access change or removal request, contact us with the account email and the records involved. We may need to verify your identity or authority before changing access or records. We will explain what can be changed and any information that needs to be retained.

We will update this page when these practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
